Rewards Terms and Conditions

Starter terms for the Classy Scoops Rewards program.

Membership

Membership is free and personal to you. One membership per person. You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and for activity on your account.

Earning points

Points are added in store by Classy Scoops staff at the published earning rate. Points have no value until they are recorded on your membership.

Rewards

Rewards are Classy Scoops promotional rewards.
Rewards have no cash value unless Classy Scoops explicitly states otherwise, and are never exchanged for cash.
Rewards may carry expiry rules where published.

Program changes

Classy Scoops may modify or end the rewards program, including earning rates and reward values, subject to applicable law and these published terms.

Fraud and misuse

Fraudulent use — including falsified purchases, shared or transferred memberships, and attempts to manipulate point balances — can result in point removal and account suspension.
