Information we collect
When you join Classy Scoops Rewards we collect your first name, last name, email address and mobile telephone number, plus the points and reward activity recorded on your membership.
How we use it
- To operate your rewards membership and track your points balance.
- To identify you at the counter when you earn or redeem rewards.
- To contact you about your membership and program changes.
Who can see your information
Only you, authorised Classy Scoops staff processing your rewards, and Classy Scoops administrators can see your membership record. Staff see only the limited details needed to complete a transaction.
Security
Passwords are stored by our authentication provider and are never visible to Classy Scoops staff or administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your choices
You can update your profile details from your dashboard, or email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your membership record.
